1. Thoroughly Clean the Apartment

You are responsible for cleaning your room and any shared areas you have used before moving out. The apartment will be inspected against the condition recorded at move-in. If additional cleaning or repairs are required and no one is clearly responsible, the costs may be shared among you and your roommates.

Please note: Restore the apartment to its original condition at move-in.

• All personal belongings must be removed; any items left behind may incur disposal fees.

• It is recommended to coordinate with your roommates and complete the final cleaning together.

   

2. Organize Your Personal Belongings

Moving out is a good opportunity to declutter. It is suggested to sort your belongings into two categories:

• Keep: Items that are truly needed, liked, or frequently used

• Discard/Donate: Items that are no longer used, broken, or not planned to be taken along

This approach reduces the burden of moving and helps you start the next chapter more easily.

3. Pack Your Luggage in Advance

Use boxes, suitcases, or storage bags to pack your belongings neatly ahead of time. Complete your packing before the agreed check-out time.

Please contact us in advance to confirm your check-out time, which is usually by 5pm on the last day of your lease. Make sure to return your keys and complete the move-out on time.
